Medicaid Hearing Benefits

Trinity Hearing Healthcare offices now provide Audiology and hearing services to those with Medicaid!

Trinity Hearing Healthcare is now accepting patients currently enrolled in any Medicaid Benefit Program. Just call our office at 214-357-1144 and make an appointment to have us walk you through every step to getting your new hearing aids 100% covered by Medicaid.

• A copy of your current Medicaid ID card
• A copy of a valid Texas Driver’s License or state-issued ID card
• A signed Physician’s Exam Report (Form B.41)
• A copy of any supplemental plan ID cards (AmeriGroup, Molina, etc.)

The Texas Medicaid Program Has Changed!

As of December 1st 2008, Medicaid will pay for two hearing aids every five years. Patients who received a single instrument through Medicaid prior to December 1st may be eligible for a second aid.
