How long does a hearing test take?+
A comprehensive hearing evaluation typically takes 45 to 60 minutes, including a case history review, otoscopic examination, and multiple audiometric tests.
Is a hearing test painful?+
Not at all. Hearing tests are completely non-invasive and painless. You simply listen to sounds through headphones and respond.
How often should I get my hearing tested?+
Adults should get a baseline hearing test and then follow up every 3 years after age 50, or sooner if you notice changes in your hearing.
Do I need a referral?+
